Partner

Join the Exousia subcontractor network.

Exousia delivers facility contracts through vetted janitorial, grounds, and facilities crews. We are building the bench across all three service lines.

Owner-Led Oversight

How the Exousia bench works.

Exousia wins and manages facility contracts with government and commercial clients. The on-site work is delivered by vetted subcontractor crews and partner companies under written agreements. Exousia sets the standard, supervises and inspects, handles the client relationship, and pays on a clear schedule. You bring trained crews and dependable delivery.

What We Require

What a partner crew brings.

  • A legitimate, registered business with its own commercial general liability insurance, workers compensation coverage, and commercial auto coverage where vehicles are used.
  • Trained crews whose members can pass the background checks that government and school sites require.
  • Crews trained for the work, including safety and hazard communication, and bloodborne pathogens training where a site requires it.
  • A real system for documenting completed work, and reliable communication.
  • Willingness to work to a written scope, a fixed task schedule, and scheduled inspections.
